Is the safety of your business worth $25/mo?
If your business doesn't already have backups then it is at serious risk. Hardware failures, hackers and user error can cause loss of data. Our backup service is easy to use, available 24/7, located in a secure data center and will give you peace of mind.

Remote Mounting In Windows
Step I: Locate IP Our backup servers are protected by firewalls and connections are limited per ip address. In order for your server to connect to ours, you must provide us with your servers ip.
From your windows desk top go to Start > run > and type: cmd
In the new black window type in: ipconfig
Look for the line that says "IP Address................ xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx represents your ip address.
Open a ticket with us by clicking here
In the ticket include your servers IP address. Along with the username and password you recieved in the mail
Step II: Configure windows Double click on my computer. Go to "tools" > "Map Network Drive"
New window will ask for Drive: Choose any letter you want
The Folder text box should look something like this: \\backup4.trouble-free.net\test
backup4.trouble-free.net being the backup servers "hostname" given to you in the welcome email and "test" being your username
Step III: Configure Windows Next screen will ask you for your username and password. This information is provided for you in the welcome email
Step IV: DONE The setup is now complete. You should be able to see a new drive letter in "My Computer". If you do not something went wrong. An error message must of also been given. Open up a trouble ticket with us. Include the error message, your servers ip address, and login details to your server

Is my ISP blocking port 445?
First go to start > run and type cmd

In the prompt run ping BackupServer

If you can ping it run telnet BackupServer 445

If this connection fails the port is being blocked and you will need to check your local firewall, or contact your isp if you are
not blocking it yourself
